Halloween

Last Saturday was Halloween. This year was way better than last year. I got a lot more candy this year and a lot more Crunch chocolate. This year I was Mace Windu from Star Wars. My brother went as Anikyn Skywalker. We got a lot of candy like I said. But the sad thing is that no one came to my house for candy. When we got home I had dinner and then I played apples to apples. My team won.

Story

Over the past few weeks I have been working on a story. And it includes yours truly. So here it is.

One day traveling the vast openness of space is Shaquille O’Neal. He was flying to a space basket ball game when one day he was thrown out of the space shuttle. He soon found a spaceship and became commander of the Millennium taco.
Our story begins when Shaq is staying on Jupiter in a space hotel. He hears a knock on his door. He braces himself for a mob of teenage girls. But it is only a boy about 9 years old. “Can I have your autograph”, he asks (did I forget to mention Shaq is a famous space movie star!). So Shaq gave the boy his autograph. But all the sudden Shaq heard a scream. Then he saw a big group of aliens taking a woman out of her room and running off with her. “Who was that” asked the boy confused by what he just saw. Shaq who clearly didn’t know the answer just shrugged. Later that day he invited the boy aboard his ship. While they were watching Ghostbusters on TV, the movie was interrupted by a strange man in a multi color suit. Then he announced the freighting news “The woman you saw today kidnapped was the all powerful Princess Nachos. And we will not release her until we are paid a great sum of one million space dollars”. Even Shaq didn’t have that kind of money. So while Shaq’s mind raced to form a plan the boy yelled from the back of the ship “What’s this thing “ he asked holding up a blaster-like contraption. “Oh that’s just my old Cheese Ray. You can have it if you want.” Shaq said, not really paying attention. And then he got it “I know we can find out where the princess is and free her without having to pay that large amount of money.” “Can I come too” asked the boy. Shaq agreed to this but told him to tell him his name. “Creighton” he said. So they prepared for take-off and then blasted off into the universe. When they were a few spacemiles into their journey Creighton was looking at the radar because that’s what Shaq told him to do. Creighton saw three tiny blips on the radar then suddenly the ship shook violently. “What was that” Shaq asked Creighton. Creighton just shrugged. Then the heard the clanging of metal boots. Then the doors to the cabin opened. There in the doorway stood three men dressed in multi colored suits. One said “Surrender or face the wrath of the Fruit Troopers”. Creighton just said “EAT CHEESE, EVIL DUDES!” and he started blasting away with his Cheese Ray. In the midst of all the chaos Shaq opened a door in the side of the ship and the Fruit Troopers flew out of the ship. “Well...that was fun” said Creighton breathing heavily. “Let’s find the princess and get out of this part of the galaxy” said Shaq also breathing hard. So they continued to fly across the galaxy in silence until they saw a sign. “Mc Fargalds next exit” read Creighton. “That looks like a good place to stop” said Shaq. So they stopped at the restaurant and ordered two Bacon Burgers and a small Dr. pepper. “This is good” said Creighton with a mouth full of food. Then they left the restaurant to continue their journey. They had traveled a few space miles before Creighton saw a peculiar sight. “Is that earth” Creighton asked. “Let’s go see” said Shaq. As soon as they landed on the planet Creighton noticed something different. As soon as he stepped off the ship he could hear distant pounding. “What is that sound” Shaq asked. As they wondered around the barren landscape they came closer to the source of the noise. And then they found the source of the noise. “Is that a dinosaur” asked Creighton awed by the sight before him. A fifty foot tall dinosaur stood in front of him munching on leaves on a tree. “Wow” Shaq said also in awe. But then they heard another sound kind of like a roaring and it was very close. They turned and they saw a Tyrannosaurus Rex racing toward them. “AHHHHHHHHHHH……..” Creighton and Shaq yelled at the same time. And they ran all the way back to the ship and took off. “Enough goofing off. Let’s go find the princess” Shaq said. So they looked across the galaxy for days hoping for a sign of where the princess might be located but no luck until one day Shaq saw the weirdest yet coolest thing ever. “Is that a cookie” Creighton asked. It was the biggest cookie they had ever seen with chocolate chips the size of the moon. “I am picking up high fruit traces from that cookie. The princess is in there” Shaq said looking at a complicated machine full of buttons. And then all the sudden a bunch of little planes came out of the cookie and started shooting at the ship. “Quickly Creighton, man the guns” Shaq yelled. So Creighton started shooting the heck out of the fruit fighters (that’s what Creighton and Shaq were calling the little planes). Then a big ship came out and almost blew them to bits. But luckily Shaq barrel-rolled to the right and the laser beam missed them by about 50 feet. Then Shaq had an idea. He flew right over the big ship and said “Fire the T Bomb.” And as he said that he pressed a button that let a big explosive taco fall out of the ship and it hit the bigger ship and blew it to bits. So with the coast clear they flew toured the cookie and they found an empty landing space were they parked their ship. When they wondered around the ship they saw all kinds of things fruit rays, fruit bombs, and much more all fruit related things. Then when they were in the lowest part of the cookie they heard muffled screams of joy. When they found a way to get in to the room they saw a woman tied up in the corner. “That must be the princess” Creighton said. So they went over to her and untied her. “Great all we have to do now is to get out of here and get the princess back to her home planet” Shaq said. So as they ran back to the ship but as they ran they didn’t notice the laser detection system and they ran right through it. Then the alarms blared and thousands of fruit troopers came swarming out of rooms shooting their fruit rays. “I hope you brought your cheese ray” Shaq said to Creighton. Then after that the fruit troopers one by one were blown away by the cheese ray. Shaq, Creighton, and the princess finally found the ship and took off. But the fruit troopers had the same idea and followed the Millennium Taco out of the hanger and in to the space beyond. Then Shaq noticed that there were little ships behind their ship shooting them with their fruit cannons. “Creighton man the cheese cannons” Shaq yelled over the noise of the guns. And so Creighton using his ultimate shooting skills he shoot down every single fruit fighter he could see. Then Shaq, Creighton, and the princess flew back to the princesses home planet (which happened to be Earth) and Shaq and Creighton fly through space right now (except for Creighton who is reading this story right now) busting space criminals. And what became of the fruit troopers? They opened up a fruit farm on the planet Frogel. So this brings an end to our story. Until next time this is

SNC

A few weeks ago at a football game one of my favorite musical groups preformed the national anthyom. Straight No Chaser. SNC for short. They are a mens acapela group from IU. This was the original group so they were all famous and stuff like that. My good freind Doug (director of the autorium) was good freinds with them and since they were at the game I was wondering if I could go say hi to them. And I have to say they are a nice bunch of guys. I cant wait for their next concert.

cardboard boats

Last Friday my friend Nick and I raced cardboard boats at a card board boat regatta. It is a race where all these people race cardboard boats. See, Nick and I made a boat completely out of card board and duck tape. Other people came up with a Yellow Submarine others were beavers. But ours was a simple pontoon boat. It was covered with colored duck tape so we called it the rainbow boat. We didn't do so well but at least we had fun. bellow you will find our race.



Next year, we hope to do better. Its going to be a pirate ship!

catssssssssssssssss

This morning my mom and I went to get our new friend. He is a 3 month old cat. My dad wasn't so
big on getting a cat so we decided to name him Atticus (from "To Kill a Mocking Bird", my dads favorite book). We got him from one of my mom's work friends. She had gotten the cat from a neighborhood kid who found him. Now he is curled up having a nap in our basement. So here is
a picture of the little dude.

CAMPING

The past weekend I went camping at a place called Starve Hollows. When we first got there we unpacked and then while mom and dad were pitching the tent Aidan and I went down to the park.
When Aidan and I came back for dinner we had these 'octopus' hot dogs (they gave me gas) but
they were good. Then we had corn and hamburgers. Then we had smores and then we went to sleep. While we were sleeping this little girl starts crying and it woke ME up (I am a very very
heavy sleeper). So in the morning we went out to get a boat. Then we headed back to get our fishing stuff. Well the fishing did not turn out to be that good. There was very few fish in the lake.
So then we went to go swim in the lake. The water was actually pretty nice. Then we went back to are campsite and had dinner. That night we had teryaki chicken. I accidentally burned myself on the skewer. After we had smores again and we went to sleep. This time I had a peaceful sleep. In the morning Dad and I tried fishing one more time. Still not successful. When we got back to our campsite we packed up and left. Over all I thought the camping trip was pretty fun.

On friday my class and I went to Borders to recite poems by memory. Belive me it was actually pretty easy ( for me at least). The poem I did was a poem called Pirate Candy. I t was about black jelly beans and why people dont like them. Then we bought some books and then we went to China Buffet to have lunch. I think I had a little to much food. Then we walked back to school.

BIKERS!!!!!!!!!!!

On Wednesday these two guys who are riding their bikes across the country named Ryan and Joel stopped at are house. My dad had met them at the Hover Dam when my dad was there. So they stopped by and they stayed with us for about five days. While they were here they came to see my base ball game (we were so close to winning it). Then after the game we had this cookout. I had my
fare share of Sprite that night. Then this morning they took off on their bikes headed out on the road again. But they did leave a picture behind for us to look at.

Easter

Yesterday was probably the best easter I have ever had. I got this really cool game that just came
out and its a Pokemon game( which I like) . I also got A LOT of CRUNCH candy eggs
( coincidence ?). I got this really cool pirate gun and knife. A little bit later we had a easter egg hunt I lost my gun but found a lot of loot in return. Then I went to Wyatts house to play with him for a while. Then I came home and played my game for a while. Two days before we dyed eggs. My favorite one was a bright pink one.

Tea !

Right now as I am writing this blog I am enjoing my third cup of tea today. I really like tea because when I have a hot cup of it right before bed I go to sleep more easily(and belive me I need that sleep). My favorite flavor is mint although I like every flavor I have ever tried. I dont think I am
ready for just regular tea so I put some honey in it. I have got into this habit that when I get home I make myself a cup of tea while I do my homework. I started drinking tea when my moms mom
came for Christmas. We were watching a movie and my grandma Nona offered to make me a cup of "sleepy-
time tea". I had never tried tea before so I said yes. At first it was really hot but when it cooled
down I really liked it. Ever since then I have really liked tea. I really like the way the tea bag smell. They smell like tropical fruit.

moms special day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two days ago it was my moms birthday. We got her a card that said like home is where the fridge is full and all that stuff about how I love my mom (I really liked the part about when it said fridge is full). For her present we got her a pot she really needed and some cookies and chocolate.She was surprised and touched that we remembered what she had wanted. After dinner we had ice cream. I had Samoa ice cream. I also got a book from my aunt bunny that told about the life of her cat, who had to be put to sleep after we left Atlanta.

COKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last week when I was in Atlanta,GA (I went there for spring break) I went to a place that was called The World of Coke. When you go in there are these cool pieces of art work. But after you go in through the doors these giant advertising things. Then they showed us a commercial called
Inside the Happiness Factory. It showed us what really happens in a Coke machine. From then on the tour was self guided. So I went to go get my picture withe coke polar bear. Then we went to see
the exhibit of coke history. Then we got to go see the bottling works. At the end of the bottling works we saw a room where they taste test. I really want that job. Then we went up the grand
staircase. We saw a 4-d movie. I really liked it because your seats were moving and all that stuff. Then we went and saw different commercials from around the world. Then there was the tasting. I
think I had a taste of almost every single drink there. I think we spent a little to much money at the gift shop. That was the end of the Coke factory.

Jimmy the talking five dollar bill.

Last week I came up with the idea for a story. See we were doing a fiction writing pieces in class. So I was randomly searching the files of my mind when I thought about a talking five dollar bill. That was when Jimmy was born.
Now Jimmy lived in a micro-wave at a Sears. He lived with his brother Bill. Bill was not a very bright guy.He
was more extreme than brains. Then one day Jimmy was picked up by The hand. Before he knew it he was in a cash register at Wendy's. That is when Bob came into his life. After Bob had talked with Jimmy for a bit then out came an army of chicken nuggets. That is how far I am with my story. I will post my full story when It is finished.

ICE SKATING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last weekend I went ice skating with my friend Robby. At first I was a little nervous because last year
I cut myself in the head. But I learned to do it slowly with a few falls. Then I went to try hockey.
That did not work for 2 seconds. All these people were coming at me from all directions. So I went
back to regular skating. Then I went to get a snack. That hot chocolate was steaming hot. Then I went back to falling and getting up again. By the time we were done I was way better than when I got there!

mega playdate

Yesterday I had another playdate with Wyatt. This time we played DS for a bit then went out side
to see if we could find anything with his metal detector. All we found were pipes. Then we went back inside. We played his X box for a bit then we played wii. then when my mom got there I hid.
But the found me. So that was the end of that play date. But today me and him are going to see the pink panther 2. That will be fun. Last weekend I had a swim meet up in fishers,In. I had very little food so I got really tired. At school I got elected alt. student council rep. for my class. A lot of people
liked my ideas.

PLAY DATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This past weekend I had a play date with my friend Wyatt. I know him from swimming. He is one year older than me. I went to his house [which is only about 4 seconds away from my house] to trade Pokemon on DS. Sadly it did not work out. So we ended up playing each others game. Then we played
Wii. We played carnival games mini golf. I beat him by a point. Then we went back up stairs and played more
DS. Then mom came to pick me up. I was devastated.

MY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Yesterday it was my birthday. I was born on Jan. 12, 2000. I turned nine years old. Here is how my day went :When I got Up in the morning I had eggs and doughnuts for breakfast. Then I opened my presents. I got a really cool book of vehicles from my Aunt Bunny. I got a gift card to amazon from my aunt and uncle. I got a bike and three Bakugan from my mom an dad. Then at school I brought cookie cake. After swimming, we went to Nick's for my birthday dinner. I got the bacon burger. It was so good. Then after we ate we went to Coldstone for ice cream. I got the birthday cake remix. It tasted like real birthday cake.

Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My favorite holiday was just two weeks ago. Christmas!! My grandmother, Nona, came to spend Christmas with us. One of my favorite gifts was a Nintendo DS. I finally got that remote control air plane I wanted. My brothers favorite gift was a remote control boat. Now he is saying he wants a remote control air plane. In my stocking I got Pokemon underwear. We had to take the ornaments off the tree yesterday. I also went to Michigan. I went to visit my grand parents in Meme and GB. I also went snow boarding for the first time.
